We have a stock answer for this case at
https://wiki.maemo.org/Bugs:Stock_answers#Incomplete_.28after_moreinfo_keyword_set.29 and https://wiki.maemo.org/Bugs:Triage_guide#Potential_tasks says "Please always explain your decision by adding a comment".
