[maemo-community] Incorrect election title on voting page

Hi,

This is a important point. For me, the most important thing is are the
"end-users" part of this community or not? Are you member of the Maemo
community only if you are a maemo.org member? 

I think a user is a part of the Maemo community even if he/she is only
reading posts at ITT or tabletscene. Wheter they are then contributing
to the community is a different case. 

What do you think?
