[maemo-community] [Council] First community issue

fwiw in the Summit there will be several people related to the SSU
feature: Marius Vollmer and Urho Konttori from the client/app side and
Soumya Bijjal and Marcel Lengyell from the server/repository side.

I don't think we need a hard process to handle such issues, but it will
definitely help to have an initial statement like this on a wiki page
instead of having all the communication in this maemo-community mailing
list. Specially if you go down to technical discussion this might have
also a counterproductive effect on many subscribes of this list, I think.

But good first attempt, it looks like an interesting issue to discuss about.
