[maemo-community] Organizing Maemo Summit 2009

I have a question about the Summit dates. The 2008 Summit was held after the
OSiMWorld conference, and it was advertised at the OSiM Nokia DevSesh. I'm
fairly sure that, because of that advertisement, a great many people who
went to OSiMWorld DevSesh went to the Summit to check it out, even though
they hadn't planned to attend the Summit before.

This year, the Summit is proposed to be held before the conference. Does
Nokia not want the casual crowd from OSiMWorld coming to the Summit, or do
they want to make an announcement at the Summit instead of at the
conference? Or is there some other reason?

...or is this classified information, and I'm stirring around where I should
let things lie?
