Yeah, but just a few. I don't think anybody changed flights because of
that. So basically we were talking about people in Berlin and
surroundings plus those that had planned anyway to stay over the weekend.

I think we can get the people we want from OSiM World by advertising
better the Summit. The Maemo 5 timeline will help a lot compared to last
year, when we brought a well nurtured event out of practically nothing
else than the own community push (thank you, by the way!).

One idea would be to use the own OSiM World communication channel,
although this would depend on Nokia sponsoring that event again or not.
I guess OSiM World would be also interested getting more participants of
the maemo Summit style, as they are offering free registration to
independent OSS developers.

No, I just think the weekend before fits better. If we want to make
noise we have more chances of getting attention before OSiM. And t's
nice to meet first the Maemo community and then the rest of people
interested in open source in mobile.
