Someone suggested karma for mailing list subscriptions (I can't seem to find the email, so apologies for no attributing). So, a proposal: Somewhere between 2-5 karma points are awarded for every maemo.org mailing list subscription. That includes: maemo-users, maemo- developers, maemo-community, maemo-commits, and maemo-announce. So a user subscribed to -users, -developers and -community will get between 6 and 15 karma points. Niels/Henri, can we get some numbers on what percentage of subscriptions bounce? I'm thinking it _could_ be worthwhile to invalidate the karma of subscriptions who are bouncing, but I'm not sure if it's worth the trouble of the details of a technical implementation. . . . -- Ryan Abel Maemo Community Council chair
