When I went to Amsterdam I stayed in a friend's house, but I saw also some prices in hostels for young people, and the prices are similar to Brussels or Berlin (around 20 € with breakfast, shared rooms), so the prices of the regular hotels should be also similar to the prices of the nearby country's hotels. In other Netherlands towns I don't know the prices, but should be more expensive, because the offer will be lesser.
