Like I said, I was planning on opening voting today, and running the
election for 1 week, closing midnight UTC on Monday the 23rd.

I was thinking of announcing the opening of nominations for the council
next Monday, for a period of 2 weeks. I can publish the list of members
eligible to be candidates then.
