Some skeletons would be great (saves me a job ;-)). The arguments can
be filled in by people advocating those positions. The base ones
should just contain the terminology and options.

Any objections from the self-selecting readers of this list on
shortening the campaign period? For the record, Dave, how long were
you thinking of running it?
