OK - I will get on launching the referenda today.

And yes, I have complete control over the email to be sent :) Which wiki
pages do you have in mind? I could create some, and create some skeleton
content. I'm likely not to do justice to arguments though.

OK. I'll have to do that manually for any people whose karma passed 25
since last week.

I agree with you.

That is - campaigning is already underway. I see no point in prolonging
this for a month. Maybe we need a referendum to shorten that period?
(Kidding! One thing at a time).
