[maemo-community] Why not release the new site

it would be wrong to attribute copyright span from before the entity exists
to assign copyright to.

any works created between 2002 and 2008 (ie prior to autonomy of the maemo
community) still be under Nokias copyright.

Unless everything is fully clarified and replaced any derivitive works are
still under the copyright control of the creator (Nokia).
