Not necessarily. I actually *has* the copyright to, say, `Uploading to
Extras' in the wiki. The page footer *claimed* that Nokia had
copyright, but is it actually clear they had any right to that claim
(and I'm sure Nokia's lawyers were not aware they were making such
claims on maemo.org)?

Nokia's the creator of the SDK & reference documentation (moving to
maemo.nokia.com - at some point), not the creator of the wiki content,
the downloads.maemo.org blurb, the posts on news/planet etc.
