I apologize, but for the moment its just a short reply to your well  
thought-out email, (it is Friday night here and my wife insists I step  
away from the computer. :) ) A longer, more considered reply is coming  
soon. I just wanted to say thank you for your warm welcome and to  
encourage you to continue to write emails like this. Without guidance  
and input form the community I cannot be effective.
