Does this include the creation of a vBulletin theme for
talk.maemo.org? Have we got a forum design on Glaubert's list of work
items (which should be used for both the forum versions of the mailing
lists, *and* Talk)?

How involved does Reggie want to be in the creation of the vBulletin
theme? He's done it before, numerous times and is obviously adept at
it. But it also seems foolish for him to recreate the CSS/HTML to
create the design. Some co-operation will be required here, I suspect.

It'd be excellent if talk.maemo.org went live at the same time as the
new website.
