What do the buttons do?

In general, using the same label for different actions is highly
discouraged for accessibility reasons.

Personally (although sp3000 disagrees), I feel that Go shouldn't be
used to mean 'sign in'.

The latest news section here looks like a key

You're missing visual separators - there's probably a bug for this,
but it's still annoying
