There are many rooms left. Either we sponsor more people only for
accommodation (budget for travel is allocated already) or we un-book
several rooms or a combination or both.

What should we do? This is urgent since the worst scenario we must avoid
is paying for unused rooms.

Some of you might be thinking about moving people to the empty rooms so
we have most people using a room alone. The price of the double room is
ok for 2 people but is almost luxury for one alone. I believe Nokia VPs
 would be paying less for their **** rooms.  :)
