[maemo-community] New docs imported into the wiki

I was concerned (as I've said to you many times) about over-writing
history for wiki pages,n and destroying user-contributed patches to
official docs, so I will continue to test. Also, as I am not root on
wiki.maemo.org, this is the only way I could import the documents.
