[maemo-community] Periodic cleanup of Extras-Devel?

Because it will require your friends and yourself to activate devel
repos on maybe non-devel devices. What you end up with is sure, your
app being distributed to only your mates, but suddenly everyone's
running bleeding edge software the next time they press a beery finger
on "Update".

Regardless, why limit the number of people who have access to your
app? Sure, maybe only you and your friends will use the app. But in
the off-chance that suddenly said website has an enormous success, you
might be making a favour to the community as a whole.
