Ah. Further complications.

OK, I will:

  * Make sure the canonical statement (on the wiki[1]) is updated.
  * Raise the matter privately with the Council & Quim. I will exclude
    Attila and myself from the conversations as we are standing again
    and have a conflict of interest.

Until that decision is made, Robin *is* still in the election, if he
wants to be. (Indeed, we don't have a mechanism by which he couldn't
be ;-))
