[maemo-community] Community Awards/Coding competition

since I don't have any second intentions (not a candidate and have a n950)
I will say: it is perfectly reasonable to have the council members to get
one as a reward" for the work they will do (and most likely have already
done our they would not get elected). I would leave to each one to decide
how to best use it.

p.s. looking forward to the software competition ;)
