Blame the user ;) Seriously, what probably happened that the glueware 
which exist for those has initscript which creates directories for it. 
And under scratchbox these are not run, so you should manually create 
the directories by execting the script

/etc/init.d/lessertunjo0 start

And by the way, it's more recommended to use dpkg-buildpackage instead 
of usual build process.
