This is what I get with your commands. Sorry but I 'm not familiar with gpg.

nokia770-26:~# gpg --recv-key CBFC2BECC6903E72
gpg: no remote program execution supported
gpg: keyserver communications error: general error
gpg: keyserver receive failed: general error

And more errors for the next command of course

gpg: WARNING: nothing exported
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
