If I can make the 770 work with only the battery charger (using a kind of
bypass instead of the battery), I could use my multimeter for electrical
sockets to measure the power consumption of the device...
A multimeter for the electrical socket is cheap, and does not require to play
with resistors and the Ohm law.
As I told you, the problem is that when the battery charger is plugged in but
the battery is not, the 770 does not work (and it makes sense, since it is a
*battery* charger, and not a power supply for the 770).
So, my question is: any idea about how to bypass the battery, making the 770
work with just the battery charger ?
Many thanks for your help.
Best,
Claudio
