Hi, there is no difference between 10mW and 100mW setting on my device. It both works the same. Maybe 100mW are not needed and 10mW is enough for you. I suspect that my device is not even making 10mW. 100mW minus 15dB would mean something like 3mW. The best amplifier is the antenna - which seems to be ok. I can "see", receive access points from very far away. Just can't connect.
