[maemo-developers] do we need garage sandbox repos?

What about Tools (for the majority of GUI-based tools) and either "Non-GUI Tools" or "Command Line Tools" for those tools which lack a GUI? Or a "Power User" category :)

One thing I'd like to avoid is overly technical category titles such as "Command Line Tools" which may not mean an awful lot to the casual end user, however I appreciate we also need to strike a balance that avoids dumbing the list down too far and potentially categorising applications incorrectly.
