[maemo-developers] do we need garage sandbox repos?

I very much support doing this, and think this subset is a fine first
cut.  Just one thought: isn't the problem here similar to that of
desktop menu organization?  Perhaps you could look at
Debian/Fedora/... menus and take some guidance, or just check your own
proposal, from there.
