This has been fixed, and will be in the next firmware update.

This is a hardware problem that I've been meaning to work around in
software, but as it changes the queuing implementation yet again (and
requires another timer, eep; also increases the potential latency
somewhat, which is bad), I haven't got to it yet, so it won't be in the
next firmware update.
