I also had the 'cannot accept the credit card' problem that  Larry 
mentions, which had nothing to do with the credit card, but was a 
problem connected to the discount code. So I called the helpdesk number 
given along with the error. The second-level person there was familiar 
with the discount program and the problems (he had had five similar 
calls that day). He quickly ordered it for me, entering discount code, 
etc. You might also find calling easier, provided you get the right person.
