This is exactly what I am currently getting. I take it you're in the UK,

I think this must be the case. On Friday evening I rang "Nokia Care".  I
knew this wasn't the right number and hoped to be passed on. After
giving some details to the Nokia guy, he gave me another number to call-
the Nokia Online Shop IIRC. I was told that they would be able to
process my order and would be able to buy over the phone with a discount
code. This is only open from 9-6 weekdays, and I think this is only for
the UK: 0808 2347149. I am going to try them tomorrow (Monday), then
I'll post back here with an update.
