That is true, however this list has recently been used to help _developers_
with their discount code issues. Do to the internationalization of people on
this list, some people might not realize where the problem stops being
something the list can help them with. About the problem...if they say to
call them, CALL them. Maybe there was a CC / billing issue or something.
