[maemo-developers] ARM/DSP power consumption

On a similar note, what kind of latency via network response can I
expect at the linux app level?

The application in mind here is near real-time data collection and control.
Accurate timing is more critical than low latency response. Is the api
level clock accurate to the ms? better? Language best choice?
