[maemo-developers] Problems when install scratchbox1.0.6

Hi,everybody,
   I am a novice to Maemo. When I finished installation following instructions on http://www.scratchbox.org/documentation/user/scratchbox-1.0/html/installdoc.html and tried to run hello-world program, I met a problem.

   The system output is as follows,

Info on my OS is:
Linux debian 2.6.18-4-686 #1 SMP Mon Mar 26 17:17:36 UTC 2007 i686 GNU/Linux

Additionally, because I can not connect to http://scratchbox.org/debian  <http://scratchbox.org/debian> directly, I downloaded files using a Web Browser via http proxy. The files I downloaded are,

scratchbox-core_1.0.6_i386.deb
scratchbox-devkit-debian_1.0.6_i386.deb
scratchbox-devkit-doctools_1.0.6_i386.deb 
scratchbox-libs_1.0.6_i386.deb
scratchbox-toolchain-cs2005q3.2-glibc-arm_1.0.5_i386.deb
scratchbox-toolchain-cs2005q3.2-glibc-i386_1.0.5_i386.deb
scratchbox-toolchain-host-gcc_1.0.6_i386.deb
scratchbox-toolchain-i686-linux-ct4.1.0-2.3.6tls_1.0.4_i386.deb 

Then, I used dpkg -i package_name.deb to install all these packages.
When I finished installation, the installation procedure did not ask me for user account as section 2.2.1.4 in http://www.scratchbox.org/documentation/user/scratchbox-1.0/html/installdoc.html says.
