[maemo-developers] Standardization of packages version name in the extra repositories

ah, I was reading the case for the maemo suffix too narrowly.

BTW, is there something like debian-mentors for maemo? This would be
extremely useful for someone as myself who is a newbie when it comes to
debian packaging.
