[maemo-developers] For Extras, do I need specific garage projects?

I'm busy porting various tools and utilities I want to get into extras.

I already have one garage project, but these are either different
projects (often semi-abandoned) or don't have a project.

Would there be any objections to just uploading them to extras-devel
and if they work, moving them to Extras without a Garage project (or
with some note in the for existing ones)?

They would of course all build properly and include full source.

But before I move them to extras from extras-devel, I thought I would
check/ask to make sure I'm doing it right or if there might be a
better idea or something else I should do first.

I'm currently working on:

p7zip
less
x11vnc
socat
sox
hexedit

As second priorities:

kismet
tcpdump
libpcap
wireshark

And tools in the sdk:

bluez-utils-test
wireless-tools
strace
diffutils
