The device-specific stuff should be dropped into a separate meta- 
package and make osv-c hardware-neutral, too.

osso-software-version-rx*4 will need to be removed, and some  
management will need to be done repository-side. The 36-5 packages are  
in diablo-1/, but you'll have diablo/ with 24-13.

It'll work fine with community updates, the packaging just needs to be
