[maemo-developers] Autogenerated .install file for maemo/extras missing

Hi,

my applications get some auto generated install file for extras-devel
in http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel/dists/chinook/install/, 
but they never get them built for extras in 
http://repository.maemo.org/extras/dists/chinook/install/ after
promotion.

Why? And what are the extras-devel install files good for? They
just cause average users to install extras-devel to their repository
base which imho doesn't make much sense and can cause major
harm.
