[maemo-developers] Autogenerated .install file for maemo/extras missing

I just recently encountered this as well.

http://maemo.org/community/maemo-developers/diablo_extras-install_files/
provides the information.

One option is to upload to the chinook repository which still
generates the .install files and then reference that, diablo users
will pull from the diablo repository.
