[maemo-developers] Documentation for maemo.org Downloads section?

Hi,

Is there any documentation for developpers who want to
submit software to the Downloads section?

How do you edit your own entries? I don't have a Garage
project.

PS: sorry if this is a duplicate. I've tried to use directly
the developer forum at maemo.org and got a reply from this
mailing list saying I wasn't allowed to post, so I guess
messages posted on the forum are forwarded here, but I was
the first one to do it since it failed...
