The level of C++ required to do Qt is minimal, really, in fact, if you already did GTK+, I'd go almost as far and say it's mostly simple syntax difference (with the usual amount of C vs C++ compiler caveats, of course). That's one of the reasons I feel C bindings never really took off for Qt. Of course if you DO know C++, you'll be able to use Qt more efficiently. Note - I'm saying this about using the toolkit from C or C++, there are differences between the toolkits themselves, and these are FAR FAR bigger than using them from C or C++.
