Yes, as long at the build succeeds and the package is migrated to the
repository. If a build *fails* (or the package is rejected for some
reason), it seems reasonable to allow the same version to be used on
the next attempt.

This is how at least Ubuntu PPAs work (and the Maemo autobuilder, at
least for the packages I uploaded).

For *successful* builds, of course we must increment the version :)
