Thanks for pointing me to this error message! I did the several steps (scratchbox installation, SDK installation, make_rootfs.sh) on different days, with reboots in between. So I missed to do echo 4096 > /proc/sys/vm/mmap_min_addr again. Now, I have -rw-rw-r-- 1 1000 libuuid 80003260 Sep 18 17:58 image-rootfs.tgz :) With this, small improvement proposal for beta2 port discussed in the other thread: Let make_rootfs.sh script check for mmap_min_addr as done in SDK installation script.
