[maemo-developers] Noob question

Embarassed to have to ask this. 
1. After installing QT 4.7 on Windows, I do not see Maemo as a target in QT designer. 
2. MADDE on the N900 works after the instructions, but on Windows I cannot execute any commands. Terminal window starts but "mad" commands cannot be found with 
/bin/mad: line 23: __ml_path__/madlib/madlib.sh: No such file or directory 
error.
I have set the Path to c:\NokiaQtSDK\Maemo\4.6.2\ but that has not solved it. Consequently the connection between the pc and the N900 fails as well.
