Hi Andre, you was right, coming into details I found that was just the calling of SDL_WM_SetIcon function to cause that issue. In the version 1.2 of SDL library (libsdl1.2) the calling of that function causes the loss of window focus and the missing of all events triggered by keyboard. Many thanks!
