Have you restored from a backup which perhaps could've broken your theme? I know in the past, I had issues in OS2007 when I restored from a backup when the previously configured theme was now not installed.

Although I'd have to *strongly* agree with the other posters: non-specific, impolite ranting is not likely to effect change or get help.
