For those fellow Canucks who have been wondering if the n900 works in Canada. The answer is yes. A Fido SIM card works, but it cannot use the 3G network. It downgrades to EDGE (2.5 in the screen of the N900). But it does work. And the OVI maps have Canadian data (at least Victoria and Vancouver, which I have browsed). --dmg -- -- Daniel M.
