Marius, don't be scared. All we have to fear is fear itself :-)
OpenVPN is not really hard to set up - the instructions on the site are
very good. OpenVPN is awesome and well worth the "sacrifice" of reading
all 4 pertinent pages.
That said, you are right - it all works when internet connectivity is
available. I am connecting to the Net over BT through my phone and it
works real well, especially where the signal strength is good.
