STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM: Click on "New Chat".

EXPECTED OUTCOME: It should list "Online" contacts by default.

ACTUAL OUTCOME: "New Chat" lists all contacts by default; this is silly since
there is little point in chatting with offline people, right?
