Then again, it makes total sense to post offline messages on some services, even if it looks like "chatting with offline contacts" in our UI. I'd say we should better our contact sorting. Currently, you can set the order "Presence, name" in the address book, and that incidentally applies also to the order in the contacts view of chat/call UI.
