There is no such executable. Try adding option "+c 0" to the lsof command. Can
you see if it's telepathy-stream-engine or another telepathy-* process?
Also please clarify what kind of account(s) do you use to make a call (is it
SIP?), and what are the (non-private) settings.

A tcpdump log will be most welcome too.
