ah-ha!  That's a good question, and I hadn't thought of it.  The user of the
other device is unavailable at the moment, but I'll find out what the
(internal) IP is later today and post it here.

The only file in /usr/lib/telepathy is telepathy-sofiasip. My
telepathy-stream-engine is in /usr/bin/.  Running the above command with that
substitution fails with:

telepathy-stream-engine[19088]: GLIB DEBUG default - not using realtime
scheduling, enable through STREAM_ENGINE_REALTIME env
process 19088: D-BUS library appears to be incorrectly set up; failed to read
machine uuid: Failed to open "/var/lib/dbus/machine-id": No such file or
directory
See the manual page for dbus-uuidgen to correct this issue.
  D-Bus not built with -rdynamic so unable to print a backtrace
Aborted

What am I missing?
